HR Advisor: Nationwide (Including NI)

Excellent Opportunity to join a Nationwide Ladies Retail Chain within a HR Business Support Capacity : you will coach, mentor and guide all the Store Managers ensure end to end HR Support : min 3yrs exp in a HR Generalist/Advisory role with Retail Experience:

* Work hard to build great partnerships across all stores in Republic and Northern Ireland
* Work in partnership with Store managers, challenging them to create successions across a broad range of roles
* Focusing on the employee life cycle, assessing and evaluating each stage of the model
* Support Line Managers in Learning and Development and helping to keep training alive
* Work in collaboration with recruitment team, coaching store managers regarding the need to prioritise
* Up-skill and coach all in the talent identification process ensuring their clear on the criteria and benchmark for top talent
* Educate and up skill Line Managers to understand the business benefit of Talent and Engagement
* Understand the importance of financial and budget planning for HR managing headcount and bench marking effectively through the company
* Role model an effective performance management culture, educating on how to link that to a reward framework with realistic objectives
* You’ll act as the performance improvement driver, coaching to deliver a positive people management culture : You understand how to evaluate and measure performance
* Working in partnership with ER you’ll advise, coach and guide on complex ER cases helping to reduce risk
* Role model our Reward & Recognition scheme, coaching to appreciate the link between people and performance

Requirements : HR Advisor : Nationwide : Qualified HR Professional with a min 3 years within a HR Advisor/Generalist role, ideally within Retail. Able to build relationships at all levels and network in and out of the business. Understanding of UK & ROI Employment Law and Familiar with change management processes. A skilled coach that sees coaching as a two way interchange of energies and learning's.

This role requires Nationwide Travel and Full Clean Driving License is essential
