Reports To: The Sales Manager Ireland
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products in the On-Trade. You will communicate the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role an advantage.
Reporting in to the Sales Manager, this position will play a key role in the delivery of profitable volume for the Grace O’Malley Whiskey portfolio within an agreed geographical region by achieving target orders in call and distribution targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Familiarising yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
· Educating customers and distributors about our products.
· Manage and maintain successful customer relationships and monitor customer feedback.
· Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
· Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
· Placement of point of sale and support materials and identify opportunities to organise promotions.
· Identify opportunities to increase volume and margin sales for your clients, particularly in line with key events in the geographical region.
Min 2- 3 years’ experience in the drinks industry or comparable industry
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
· Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
· Adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks.
· Flexible to travel.
· Full clean driving licence.
