In the role of Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team lending your expertise to the Retail side of the business. This is a full-time permanent position and would require some travel to and from sites.
Responsibilities
* Work with Site Managers to assist in development & implementation of overall Marketing Strategy & Marketing Plan.
* Work with Site Management to assist in development and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including website, all social media platforms, web statistics including Google analytics, social media analytics and other analysis tools.
* Coordination of events on all sites.
* Identifying and securing signage opportunities for all sites - Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials.
* To develop communication with current and potential customers, targeting tourist attractions - building relationships with bus drivers and tour organisers, visiting local workplaces and schools, keeping accurate databases of contacts. This will help build a brand profile and develop new marketing campaigns.
* Help manage marketing budget lines including Advertising, Cooperative Marketing and Promotional Material.
* Assisting in the production of marketing collateral including brochures, promotional items, e-newsletters, promotional giveaways and liaising with designers.
* Assist with managing social media pages. This includes responding to customer contact and creation of content.
* Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service.

* Full, clean driving license and accessibility to own car is required
* Have a relevant 3rd level qualification
