We recruit temporary Visitor Experience Assistants and Retail Assistants to supplement the core Guinness Storehouse workforce and are always looking for staff who love working with people and demonstrate exemplary customer services skills. We also look for applicants with additional languages who are looking for seasonal or flexible work.

From one day to the next you could be tutoring visitors in the art of tasting and pouring Guinness and delivering guided tours to being accountable for ensuring all cash and credit transactions are carried out accurately.

You will need to be experienced and confident in speaking publicly as well as flexible to cover weekends and bank holidays.

As a Visitor Experience Assistant or Retail Assistant you will need to thrive in an ever-changing fast-paced environment, excel at providing a world class customer service, and be someone who is truly ‘made-of-more’.
