A leading Irish wholesaler of Agriculture, Hardware and Steel supplies is seeking applications for an Internal Sales (Hardware) for their hardware division. This is a full-time permanent role and based in Cork City.

Role: Account Manager (Hardware)

Location: Cork City

Hours: Full time Permanent (Mon – Fri office hours)

Salary: 25-30k DOE

Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for the following duties

* Building relationships with existing customers
* Account Management of existing accounts
* Organizing deliveries
* Customer service and advising customers of new and existing products.
* Invoicing and following up on payment (Credit control)
* Dealing with couriers
* Administration

Candidate profile

* Knowledge of hardware or Agri sectors
* 1-2 years previous Telesales/Customer service experience an advantage
* Polite and professional telephone manner
