THE COMPANY

Global manufacturer of specialist high quality, premium flooring solutions for the commercial markets. They are a widely recognized as a market leader and have been at the forefront in the Irish market for over 50 years.

They invest heavily in their manufacturing sites across Europe and ensure they stay at the top pf their game in product technology and advancement.

With a low turnover of staff within the business and the sales team, the opportunity to join their Irish based team does not come around too often.



THE ROLE

You will be managing a high-profile territory which covers the Dublin region. Being Leinster based yourself, you will have easy access to your client base of architects and contractors.

Focusing on the commercial market you will target hospitals, schools, hotels, restaurants and offices to win specifications and follow through with contractors. You will also target end-users with the product being supplied by local, well established distributors.



THE PERSON

What you have sold is of no major relevance. We are looking to speak with experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of selling to architects and/or contractors.

You will be motivated and proactive in your approach. Ideally, you will know the local architects in Dublin so can continue developing your long-standing relationships.

You will inherit a well-established client base of architectural practices who are well versed with your product however a solution sales approach is essential to succeed in this role.




THE PACKAGE

Base: €45,000 to 55,000
Bonus: 1st year €10K - 2nd Year €16K
