THE COMPANY: This exceptionally successful business supplies modular building solutions to the local authority and private business end user sectors. Markets will include Education, NHS, Utilities, Transport, Commercial Office Space and Manufacturing. With a genuine international presence, an award-winning service and highly profitable business model, this ever-growing market leader is looking to further expand its successful sales operation. They are now looking to recruit a National Hire Manager for their Irish division.
THE ROLE: As the Irish National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 external salespeople and 5 office-based individuals. On a weekly basis you will spend time at various depots across the region, developing the existing team. This position has both strategic and operational aspects – developing sales plans and executing them through effective leadership, recruitment, coaching and mentoring. The team is made up of a variety of personalities and experience, and an appropriate approach will need to be adapted.
FOR THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
* Strong Management experience is essential
* Experience leading an external B2B sales team
* Ideally, you will come from a construction/engineering sales background
* Strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* You must be driven, ambitious and self-motivated
THE PACKAGE:
* Basic salary: €70,000 - €90,000
* Commission: €15,000+
* Fully expensed company car

* Full training provided
