Internal Account Manager : Builders Merchants: As the successful Internal Account Manager: you will be responsible for selling the full range of building materials and supplies to existing accounts and prospecting accounts . The role will be primarily Account Management, with majority of your calls being inbound inquiries, you will be the clients first point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer care and attention to detail. Support External Sales Executives - Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries. Maintaining effective communications with suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all Building Materials & Supplies. Answering phones -Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling material. Day to day quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.

Skills and Experience Required: Customer facing Sales Experience within Builder Provider/Merchant is essential for this role, Strong Building Material Product Knowledge is essential. Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, ability to account manage. Keen interest in delivering superb customer service/after sales will be required to carry out this role effectively
