I am looking for an engaging, astute, client focused Account Manager, ideally coming from an IT / SaaS sales background, who is a champion relationship builder, proficient is carrying out online demo’s, can identify customers need and deliver the right solution, and work within a wider team to ensure won time and time again.
- Retain and generate new revenue from the existing customer base covering the DACH market.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals
- Identify add-on and cross-sell opportunities by building strong relationships with your assigned accounts
- Manage a list of top accounts for optimal high-value conversion.
- Maintain accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales or account management experience
- Ideally coming from a SaaS/ IT sales background
- Fluent in both English and German
- Must possess proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals.
- Excellent relationship building and strong closing skills.
- Team player, Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow.
