Background:
Our Client are a market leader in the provision of supply, installation and service of the following products: Glazed Screens & Doors, Fire Resistant Glazing Systems, Facades & Window Systems, Steel Security Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls and more.
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our Service Division.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Deliver specifications and sales targets through new and existing customers.
· Maintain your individual CRM and quote/sales pipeline and achieve month on month growth.
· Seek tender opportunities with Facility/Property Managers, Estate Managers, Maintenance Managers, End Users, Hotels, Retail, Education, OPW, Health, Commercial segments.
· Work closely with your Division Manager to achieve year on year growth in both specification and sales for the division.
· Develop a defined sales pipeline.
· Market research and analysis existing and new customers to create sales opportunities.
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Build and promote strong, long lasting positive customer relationships.
· The above duties are not limited to your role, your Manager will instruct you on other duties that are deemed necessary to complete your role.
THE PERSON: Ideally you will be coming from a construction sales background, looking to work for a market leader. You will have the ability to work independently whilst being part of a team. I am keen to speak to people who have a genuine passion for developing a sales career with a market leader.
