Merchandising Planner
Full Time Field Based Sales Merchandiser - Hardware Trade, Nationwide Travel
Crossell Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading hardware provider, for an experienced Field Sales Merchandiser. The role involves creating and implementing merchandising plans within the hardware trade. This is an exciting opportunity with the ability to develop and maximise sales at store level.
The Role:
- Create and implement merchandising and store plans using space planning software
- Suggesting and negotiating incremental space and displays
- Liaising with suppliers on optimum stock levels and planograms
- To develop and maintain a good working relationship with store owners/managers
- Developing and implementing promotional activity and seasonal campaigns
- To ensure that all reports and administration are completed
Requirements:
- Hardware Industry experience is essential with previous merchandising experience preferred
- Experience with planograms and layouts with knowledge of space planning software
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work on own initiative
- IT literate with strong Excel/Microsoft Office experience
- Full clean drivers licence
Package
- Salary €33,000
- Lunch allowance €8.00 daily
