Internal Sales Administration & Business Support – South Dublin

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Support Representative to work with our client, a leading provider of Print services based in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic role and be customer service focused, team player and work off their own initiative.



  • Processing of queries, quotes and orders from customers, prospects and from external sales on a daily basis.

  • Answering phones, taking enquiries, generating quotations and quote follow up calls

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to all prospects and customers

  • Administrative duties to include invoicing of clients and managing the order process

  • Assist in marketing activities such as telemarketing calls to customer base and monthly email campaigns

  • Proactively develop accounts through a targeted sales system with a strong focus on customer service and building relationships with the client base

  • Co-ordinate & manage production of jobs in a systematized way to ensure customers are looked after

  • Produce digital print jobs and finishing where appropriate

  • Involved in marketing activities, business process and administrative duties


Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have knowledge of Digital Printing (not required but preferred)

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Business/Sales Support (Customer Service Role)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer/Project Tracking Systems

  • Work off their own initiative and also as part of a team

  • Able to deal with a dynamic fast paced environment
