Customer Sales Representative

Summary

One of Irelands most recognised brands is urgently seeking to hire an experienced sales professional to join their Insurance arm. This nationwide brand has been in business for decades and their Insurance division appeals to thousands of consumers across the country. Over the years the organisation has developed a high level of trust and dedication with both their customer base and employees. For this opportunity it is an absolute essential that you hold or are currently studying towards a CIP, APA or QFA qualification and have proven sales experience.

Your core responsibilities as the Customer Sales Representative

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across a range of Insurance products
* Be creative with your selling techniques and identify opportunities for cross selling
* Maintain a high level of retention through top quality customer service at all times
* Keep up to date with existing product ranges and acquire a good level of knowledge on all new products entering your target area

About You

* 1-2 years in a similar role
* Essential that you have completed or partially completed an insurance qualification such as CIP, APA or QFA
* Excellent time management skills with a strong ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Conscientious with the ability to react to situations quickly, efficiently and professionally
* A willingness to undertake future Insurance exams
* Flexible in working patterns with the availability to work one Saturday a month
