THE COMPANY: Established over a decade ago, this company is a market leader in the construction industry. They specialise in the design, manufacture, and installation of engineering solutions within the construction market. They specialise in both Commercial and Residential projects.
They are looking to expand the team and continue their year on year growth and require a Technical Sales Engineer to do an internal role, promoting their full range of products and solutions. They provide original and innovative complete-solutions to ensure they satisfy the needs of their clients. This is a huge opportunity to work for an Irish manufacturer and help to further develop the company brand name here in Ireland.
THE ROLE: As the successful Sales Engineer you will be offering their expert structural and civil engineering solution-based sale to both the Commercial and Residential markets. You will be dealing primarily with the main-contractors and the architects, to get your products specified into the large Commercial projects and Residential new-builds. This role will be all account management as they have a good reputation in the market and have build up a base of loyal clients. You will be dealing with all inbound calls and customer enquiries, providing quotes and pricing and upselling other products and services on offer. There are huge progression opportunities with the company, to progress into field-sales or into more of an operations role further down the line.
Full sales and product training will be provided to the successful internal account manager.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role, our client is looking to speak with people coming from the construction industry with experience liaising with the architects and main contractors. However, they will also look at graduates coming from an Engineering discipline such as Civil/Mechanical/Chemical etc. You will be outgoing, driven with a good personality and a desire to learn. Although sales experience is desirable it is not essential.
THE PACKAGE:
* €30,000 - €40,000 Base Salary DOE
* 10% bonus
