As an international industrial valve company, our client’s expertise is in the design and manufacture of process critical valves. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Spare Parts Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract.

As a Spare Parts Administrator, you will manage spare parts requests, from the initial inquiry until order completion.
Acting as the point of contact for patrons and stakeholders, you will liaise between the company and their clients, ensuring effective communication channels are maintained.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will prepare technical and commercial bid documents, as well as dossiers and documentation as required.
Your other duties will include:
- Handling spare parts requests and enquiries by phone/email
- Preparing spare parts quotations, processing orders and project managing the orders until completion
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Managers and Project Team
To be considered as a Spare Parts Administrator, you will need:
- After-sales support experience, gained within a customer service or preferably an engineering role
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- A great eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Whilst not essential, knowledge of any international language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application. Previous experience in an engineering role would also be an advantage, but this is not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
