We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager to join our team with a proven track record managing, measuring and motivating a team in a customer-focused environment, as well as successfully achieving targets and KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build and sustain a high performing engaged team by providing clear direction and targets through regular weekly meetings to manage all levels of performance.
· Selection and recruitment of personnel for the team as required.
· Construct strong influential relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
· Drive margin and exceed revenue targets through careful and meticulous management of budgets, financial plans and expenditure controls.
· Met and exceed targets set by Directors.
· Management of any business events.
· Responsible for coordination of all business activities. Continuously improve and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
· Review performance data, monitor & measure performance of the Sales team.
· Assist in the development of a future marketing plan for business.
· Developing sales strategies.
· Responsible for all tenders relating to professional development training.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
· Must be able to build relationships with customers and staff and work towards achieving the highest customer service standards.
· Must have been in a Sales Manager role for at least 2 years.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership abilities and an ability to operate in a fast paced dynamic environment.
