Your core responsibilities as the Customer Service Advisor:

* Through both email and phone you will be providing relevant advice to customers
* Solving customers problems through your knowledge of product offerings
* Continuously gaining more knowledge and information within the business and products relating to your area
* Management of a large database with accurate and efficient data entry
* Creation of documentation and assisting on any reporting requirements
* Abiding by all confidentiality laws and data protection at all times
* Ad hoc administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing of documents

About You

* Previous Customer Service experience
* Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them quickly and effectively
* Very strong telephone manner with the ability to navigate through any difficult conversations effectively
* Strong computer skills (ECDL) with any relevant courses an advantage for this role
* Excellent at working on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
