We have an excellent opportunity for a professional, energetic Customer Service Rep with a growing market leading technology giant based in Dublin 2.

Working with a really supportive team, you will look after:

• Technical and account related questions from both existing and new customers
• Billing and pricing issues
• Deal with queries/complaints -Improving customer service level
• Generating new sales by determine user requirements 

This is a well-known and very successful company, and they rely on their Customer Service Team to ensure that customers are looked after in a professional manner – you are a key part of the business!

You must have previous experience working in a Customer Service role, with a degree and have excellent communication skills in both required language.
