About the Sales & Business Development Executives
As the Sales & Business Development Executive your responsibilities will include:
* Working from home cold calling and generating leads with all local organisations you have targeted in your allocated region.
* Identifying opportunities to cross sell additional services the company offer
* Managing existing client base through regular visits and phone calls
* Attending social events in order to network and build on client base
* Working closely with the data base manager to build out the client portfolio and create an effective email marketing/target marketing plan
* Continuous monitoring and analysis of progress with manager to ensure you are staying on track with hitting targets etc.
* Natural born seller with very strong communication skills
* Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
* Ideal candidate would have strong experience using a large data base to target potential clients
* B2B experience is essential
* Capable of working on your own without being micromanaged
* Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in a sales driven role
