Responsibilities
• A relationship builder with customers and suppliers alike to ensure a professional and expert market presence
• Acquire new customers in the assigned sales territory and generate new orders through high frequency of customer visits, always ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve the financial targets within your market and customer base;
• Undertake market and competitor analyses in the assigned sales territory.
• Update Company CRM in a timely and accurate manner according to Winning Complex Sales Methodology
• Make product demonstrations and build relationships with customers
• Provide feedback to General Manager on customer visits and market developments
• Drive negotiations / customer reviews and ability to close deals.
Requirements
• Technical / Software Sales Background – Level not as important as enthusiasm and will to succeed and learn
• Minimum 3 years of Field Sales experience
• Experienced in following sales processes from opportunity creation to sales negotiation and closing contracts
• Good technical understanding, eg of IT networks/software solutions/electronic payment systems.
• Strong communicative and presentation skills
• Strong ability to identify and address customer needs
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
