THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
Duties will include:
* Co-ordination of the engineering team
* Management of the various internal teams eg: sales/engineering
* Coach and mentor the internal staff
* Customer service – managing service level agreements
* Generate quotes/reports/fulfil purchase orders
* Set KPIs and targets for the internal sales teams
THE PERSON:
* Experience leading an internal team is essential
* Strong leadership skills are a must-have
* You will be organized, driven, detail-orientated with strong management experience
* Candidates coming from a customer service/call centre background, with team leader experience could be a good fit for the role
PACKAGE:
* Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)
* Pension
* 20 Days Holidays
