This world renowned IT Multinational is hiring for a knowledgeable, engaging Technical Specialist to join their expanding HQ here in Dublin. You will be involved in the sales process from the beginning, using your technical expertise to educate and influence the customer on the business and product value as well as providing efficient and effective technical support at all times. 

This is a diverse, dynamic role, where you will carry out a number of internal and onsite activities such as demo's, on / offsite trials, IT support and POC administration. You will work closely and share your knowledge and leanings with wider team of experts across Sales, Marketing and IT to help with your ongoing development and career progression. 

Ideal candidate:

• Min 2 years pre sales experience in a technical environment role or Tech support 
• Coming from a network engineering background is an added bonus
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills
• Experience working in a customer facing B2B environment
