1 Planning and Management
* Gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task level
* Proactively assist the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps
* Serve as primary interface with the Global and Local Brand teams on project planning and delivery management
* Serve as an interface between requests and vendor/external teams
* Development of work-flows mapped to all resources involved
* Contribute in brainstorming sessions and project kick off meetings
1 Manage project scope including:
* Management and documentation of project kick-off meetings (internal & vendors)
* Contribute to development of and then manage ongoing project time lines
* Monitoring and maintaining internal and external milestones
* Change request management and validation
* Facilitation of project meetings both internal and external
* Review of all project deliverables for quality and accuracy

1 Quality and reporting
* To ensure that our project delivery is best in class
* To ensure that relevant external standards are understood and incorporated where appropriate within programs
* To ensure that all delivery project teams understand how quality relates to them and their role in delivery
* To ensure all delivery projects have detailed QA activities planned, implemented and reported
5+ years of proven commercial experience managing campaign sized projects within the creative marketing industry
� 2+ years of leading and managing project resource planning across multifunctional teams
� Significant experience in managing delivery of projects across complex matrix environments
� Pharma experience is of benefit but not essential
� Outsourcing operational activities on a Global scale
