Location: Nationwide (one day a week in Dublin office)
This rapidly expanding Global AV Leader is looking to hire a client facing, engaging Account Manager to join their newly established Dublin hub and be part of their future success. They are known for working with some of the world’s largest and most iconic brands, developing market leading innovations and consistently delivering creative news worthy projects across the world! As an Account Manager you will be primarily responsible for identifying new business opportunities and effectively develop your existing clients. You will love the hunt and development of new business, consistently seeking out upselling growth opportunities with your key accounts, have a natural ability to engage and develop relationships with Senior Execs and of course be extremely passionate about the AV world!
As its field based, you will be required to be in the Dublin office only 1 day a week so the beauty of that is you can live anywhere in Ireland. Main areas of business: Leinster; Galway; Cork.
- Proactively identify and target prospective clients across Ireland
- Handle inbound sales opportunities and develop existing clients, both end users and partners
- Collaborate effectively with the wider group (UK and US) to drive growth with both existing and new leads
- Consistently deliver on target performance against assigned annual KPIs
- Strong track record in a Sales / Account Management position within the AV Industry
- Ability to both identifying new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Full clean drivers license and access to a car (they provide car allowance)
- Team player, engaging outgoing personality with the willingness to learn
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to identify the real business value of the sales proposition
