They are hiring for a smart, engaging Account Manager to nurture and grow their existing customer portfolio. No cold calling, just strong relationship building, communication and growth sales skills required!
An an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Selling / Upselling to existing customers
- Customer retention & maintenance renewals
- Developing long-lasting trusted relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records in SalesForce
- Provide monthly forecast of add on business to management
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Min 2 years’ inside sales / account management / renewals experience within an IT B2B sales environment.
- Fluency in ideally both French AND German or ONE of the required languages
- Engage and develop relationships at Senior / C-Level
- Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com contact management
