The Opportunity
My Client, a globally established Cyber-Security provider are looking to grow their sales support team and are looking for a sharp, motivated Sales Support Agent to coordinate and manage all aspects of the tender/proposal and sales processes with potential and existing clients.
With over 80,000 clients globally in 182 countries, this is an organization whose standards inspire excellence across the globe.
The Role
• Support the Operations Team in all aspects of the business to include scheduling and training.
• Manage the sales and tender quotation requests, within set KPI’s
• Review and format all tender content, ensuring submissions follow a consistent and clear format
• Liaise with clients and colleagues on tender and sales requests
• Generate and manage sales proposal content
• Project manage deadlines to key stakeholders in order that submissions are on target
• Generate standard or custom reports summarising business, financial, or economic data for review by managers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Project and forecast full year sales
The Requirements
• Business Degree qualification
• Experience in managing full cycle tender/proposal submissions and the ability to produce top quality documents
• Comfortable working with a wide variety of people & cultures
• Experience in content creation
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused and collaborative in your engagement with both internal and partner teams
• Sales support and sales experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, with the ability to take ownership and a “can do” approach
