Our Trainee Recruitment Consultant Opportunity
360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant where following an indepth training programme, you will begin to build your own niche IT Recruitment Desk, establishing long-lasting relationships with both candidates & clients.

The Role
You will build and develop your own niche IT Recruitment Desk, and in doing so, will begin by building a network of candidates, utilizing the sourcing expertise you’ll gather from your training, and developing your relationships with these candidates.
You will also be responsible for sourcing, targeting & developing your own portfolio of clients with whom you will place your candidates.
Our 360 Recruitment Consultant opportunity is sales driven and is not for the faint-hearted. It will require serious resilience, determination and an ability to build rapport.

About Us
Reperio Human Capital are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy based in Belfast, but we focus on the Booming IT market in the Republic of Ireland.
Having been operating for 8 years, we’ve grown to a team of 27 Recruiters, ranging from Trainee to Principal Consultant.
We’re continuing to expand our team over the next 12-18months both here in Belfast and in our new office in North Carolina (USA).
Unlike other consultancies, we are focused on providing a high quality, specialist service which is why each consultant specializes in their own niche IT market within Reperio and becomes a subject matter expert within this area.

What you'll get in return
Each consultant in Reperio can expect a competitive base salary, one of the leading commission schemes in N.Ireland (we offer each consultant up to 35% commission, totally uncapped, from day one), bonus payments, pension package and a range of other incentives including:
* Annual international company vacation incentives – so far this year we’ve been to New York and will be travelling to Malaga in July (with previous destinations including Dubai, Barcelona & Palma.

* Our biggest monthly commission cheque paid to one consultant is �19,000 (for one month)
