Ecanvasser is an award-winning software company that is setting the bar for the new standard in political campaigning. Providing innovative smart tech solutions that connect people and communities, Ecanvasser is now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Cork office. Given the growing and ambitious nature of Ecanvasser, this role would be well-suited to someone looking to develop a career in international software sales.




As an Inside Sales Representative - you will help us identify sales qualified opportunities. Inbound leads generated by our marketing team will be provided and your role is to engage to bring them through our sales process. You will also complement the inbound leads with prospecting new leads and developing your own network. You will have to manage and overcome prospect objections and properly qualify a lead or opportunity by direct engagement with them. You will be expected to utilise modern selling techniques and tools to communicate effectively with key business decision makers.



·         Drive sales opportunities and grow the pipeline as part of the sales team while also providing a highly responsive and insightful experience for our prospective customers

·         Work with our current contact databases and develop other contact streams in parallel to access the key people

·         Research organisations and targets to identify how Ecanvasser will help them achieve their goals

·         Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking

·         Conduct customer demos to outline the value proposition for each prospect

·         Manage the leads lifecycle and engagements on our HubSpot CRM

·         Adapt our outreach approach and pitch based on your ongoing interactions with prospects and their subsequent behaviour


What’s expected of you:

·         Experience in a similar position with technology or sales in a customer/partner facing role

·         Excellent IT skills, including experience with CRMs

·         Enthusiastic, motivated and affable – you will enjoy the outreach activity in this industry, where one-to-one contact is not so common and often appreciated

·         Good phone presence and excellent written communication skills

·         Demonstrate Ecanvasser values and behaviours

·         An interest in politics/current affairs would be ideal but not essential
