THE COMPANY: Our client, an indigenous Irish industrial and construction equipment company, are now looking for a Business Development Manager as they grow their Irish sales team. With an outstanding reputation for high quality products and services, along with the well-established relationships built between our client and their customers, there are many opportunities to sell or hire out their solutions.

THE ROLE: The successful Business Development Manager will join the sales team, selling their full range of capital equipment and will be covering the Leinster region. They will inherit a large portfolio of accounts whilst being responsible for identifying new business opportunities throughout Ireland. An extensive training programme awaits the new Area Sales Manager here, along with a lucrative commission scheme.

THE PERSON: This role is ideally suited to a candidate coming from a capital equipment sales background, looking to work for a market leader. Experience selling technical products into the construction industry is also desirable. Preference hire experience will be advantageous.

THE PACKAGE:

* €40,000 - €45,000 Base Salary
* €10,000 + OTE

LOCATION: Ideally candidates based in Leinster.
