Sales Manager - Medical Device/Life Science/EMEA
Rapidly growing medical device subcontractor manufacturer servicing the medical device and life science companies are urgently seeking a strong sales professional with a history of proven sales growth and business development is required to further expand their existing and new sales channels. The successful candidate will have existing experience within a sales driven role within medical device/life science subcontracting manufacturing and be a driven, self-motivated sales professional.
Globally recognised medical device subcontractor who supply world-class manufacturing solutions to the major medical device/life science organisations. With an experienced and dedicated Engineering team, this organisation is committed to partnering with their clients, enabling them to manufacture finished devices that will save and/or improve a patient’s life.
They pride themselves in collaborating with their clients to ensure their specific requirements are met to the most minute of detail. They have global relationships with some of the most recognisable brands across medical devices/life science and are seeking to continue and grow this customer base across the international market.
About the Job
A minimum of 5 years sales experience is an essential for this role and you must have experience working within the medical device/life science subcontracting market. The ability to identify new market opportunities and increase revenue is the overall objective of this role. There is international travel involved across EMEA, and this individual will have the opportunity to eventually drive the growth into the American market.
You must bring huge amounts of drive and ambition to this role which will be rewarded with career opportunities such as full P&L responsibility and the opportunity to expand further into the US market. They are offering a hugely competitive salary package for this role with a very attractive commission structure, company car and additional benefits.
Ideally someone from an Engineering background would be a benefit as you will be working closely with the engineers to ensure you understand the products you are taking to market.
