Inside Sales Manager - SaaS - DACH
Multinational setting up in Dublin 2
€130 - 150k OTE 50/50 split
What an exciting time to join this highly successful US Saas company who have just moved to Dublin and are already over achieving the company’s expectations in EMEA! They are building their EMEA hub in Dublin and have just moved into their brand new offices.
They have hired their first 30 sales employees and with the success of the DACH team they now need to expand and hire a second Manager to develop that structure in conjunction with the management team.
You role will include, managing, coaching and developing a team of Inside Sales Reps, achieving target, develop robust sales processes, reporting metrics to senior Manager, develop a culture of high performance and positive professional work practices that means your team grows.
This is a high performance, high energy culture so you must feel comfortable contributing to this. It is essential you have a track record in managing Inside sales reps, and are able to impact on your team strategically and hands on. You will be a natural coach, who counts their success through the success of your team.
It is essential you have native level German language skills with a track record of no less than 2 years managing an inside sales team.
It will be an advantage if you have been in a startup environment before and understand the term, roll your sleeves up.
