Parts Sales Representative

Our client is one of the world’s largest suppliers of Caterpillar equipment. They are now seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join their team in Rathcoole.

As a Parts Sales Representative, you will be tasked with maximising revenue and the profitability of sales of Caterpillar machinery parts to new, existing and lapsed customers. 

Building positive customer relationships, you’ll be aiming to meet and exceed part sales and coupling our achievements with increased profitability from each sale. Working within both cash and account sales, you work with regular customers, approach new potential accounts and reintroduce lapsed accounts. 

You’ll maintain monthly call cycles, planning repeats and follow-ups on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, and will build and maintain a database of account details to record, manage and track opportunities. 

Additionally, you will: 

- Provide prompt and accurate parts and service quotes 
- Follow-up all opportunities to a won/lost conclusion 
- Utilise promotional marketing packages to drive sales growth 
- Covert leads generated by other teams
