Sales Development Rep - DACH

€43k Base with €61k OTE

This Saas leader moved to Ireland a couple of years ago and took their market by storm. Since then there have been others trying to get on board but they don't quite keep up! 

This technology innovator allow their customers the visibility to make key business decisions, so when you are working in a company with a proven track record of making their customers more successful there is an ease to starting a conversation with new customers. 

With the company expanding their focus is on ensuring they get the best talent at the beginning of their career to be able to coach, train and mentor them into the leaders of the future as the company is going to need that with the rate at which they are growing. Therefore they are hiring 3 new Sales Development Reps for their DACH Market, to work with their Account Executives and deliver solutions to their clients. 

Your role will involve, working with leads from organisations interested in learning more about the product portfolio, educating them and exploring their needs today and understanding what they will need in the future. You will be engaging with senior leaders and having solid business conversations. You will work to realistic targets and deliver the level of service expected. 

If you have a strong desire to have a successful sales career and can articulate that, with at least 6 months sales experience in any industry combined with Native level German language skills then apply below for immediate consideration.
