FMCG Commercial Sales Manager (Non-Food) 

About the Employer:

Our client, a well-known presence in the food industry urgently require a FMCG Commercial Sales Manager (Non-Food) to join their expanding team as a result of excellent sales performance in this category. The successful candidate will be joining a company with an excellent name in their industry. Benefits:

·         Salary €45,000-€50,000

·         Bonus

·         21 days annual leave

·         10% Staff discount

·         Pension- Contributory pension scheme of 4%,5% or 6% & the company will contribute twice that amount, incl. death in service benefit

·         Sick Pay- After one years’ service, basic pay of four weeks less social welfare and one further week’s pay for each extra year's service up to a maximum of twelve weeks

The Successful Candidate:

·         You must have Solid experience in a similar role typically 3+ years

·         You must have a proven track record in sales

·         You will have excellent client relationship management skills

·         You must have excellent new business development skills

·         You must be commercially aware and adaptable

·         You must have good admin, planning and organisational skills

·         Sales Training would be an advantage as would a food qualification 

As FMCG Commercial Sales Manager (Non-Food) your duties & responsibilities will include: 

·         Manage existing client relationships and develop new business

·         Achieve sales targets and maximise profit

·         Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times

·         Work alongside traders to negotiate price and procedures ensuring the best range of products for each customer

·         Develop sales plans to improve profit

·         Stay up to date with current Non-Food product knowledge and ensure all sales teams and site teams are educated to the same standard
