As the Sales & Business Development Manager, you’ll drive sales of our client’s vehicle rental services at their high-volume branch in Cork.
Leading and motivating your team, you’ll deliver training and provide ongoing guidance to enable employees to perform at their best.
You will also:
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a first-class service is delivered
- Work closely with management and department leaders
- Maintain accurate sales reports
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
- Experience of successfully driving incremental sales
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- The ability to manage direct customer contact, employee relations, budgets and P&L reviews
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A degree level qualification in a business-related discipline
Results-driven and enthusiastic, as the Sales & Business Development Manager, you’ll be able to inspire others to perform at their best. You’ll also have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in a second language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application.
