The Job: Exciting opportunity to work for a Global Leader in the Drinks Industry.

Mission:

To maximise brand awareness and increase sales through effective displays, using up to date sales data and increasing distribution by building relationships at store level. Managing a number of Key Accounts in conjunction with the Field Manager is also central to this role. This involves creating and executing Joint Business Plans and being commercially astute in negotiating deals that are win / win for both Retailers and the client.

Job Dimensions:

·       Manage journey plan to ensure effective coverage of account base and

            implement territory business plan.

·       Achieve volume, availability and coverage targets for geographic area.

·       Ensure the on-time effective availability of new products.

·       Manage Trade Incentive Programmes to optimise investment in the retail trade.

·       Monitor and report on category activity.

·       Be the first point of contact for any issues relating to the category

·       Secure outlet activation in line with company objectives.

·       Identify and implement merchandising opportunities to ensure the best possible space allocation and visibility of our client’s brands.

·       Identify and action new business opportunities through a robust understanding of the category and shopper behaviour in-store.

·       Adjust coverage frequency to support value creating activities

KPI’s

·        Growing and then maintaining availability levels of Core SKU’s.

·        Achieving agreed share of space – both Baseline and Promotional.

·        Negotiating and placing incremental display units.

·        Ensuring exit compliance of head office agreed promotions across all store groups.

·        Achieving a standard of excellence in store.

·        Ensure that outlets are compliant in relation to Promotional Activity as set out by client.

·        Negotiating Terms with selected Key Accounts in conjunction with other Territory Managers.

·        Use and Account for Territory specific budgets that drive customer growth.

·        Achieve market share target for specific Territory versus the key Competitors.

·      Work with Business Analyst to ensure that visibility and report development within Global Connect is maximised for the client.
