Laboratory Customer Service Executive
Our client are one of Ireland’s largest laboratory supply companies with a respected heritage in providing life science / biotechnology products and services to the pharmaceutical, academic and general industry sectors. Representing some world leading manufactures and employing some of the best in the business, they have planned for double digit growth this year. They wish to appoint a Customer Service Executive.
The Laboratory Customer Service Executive role involves assisting customers in all aspects of their engagement with the company, identifying appropriate products, pricing, resolving any queries and working with other company other divisions to insure customers receive an outstanding level of service.
Suitable candidates will have a scientific qualification, strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office and excel.
