The Successful Candidate:

·         You must have experience in a similar role

·         Proven ability to increase sales and hit targets

·         You must have excellent construction knowledge

·         You will have experience in managing a team

·         Excellent communication skills

 As Regional Sales Manager your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Managing a team to maximise profits across the region

·         Developing sales strategies and implementing said strategies  

·         Contribute ideas/knowledge and market trends at all times

·         Instruct sales representatives and mentor to maximise sales and clients throughout the region
