OTE c€90,000 per annum Plus Company Car or Mileage

Established over 25 years ago, our client is the leading private provider of hearing care solutions for adults in Ireland. They have more than 75 clinics throughout the country and provide a comprehensive home testing service. They are now looking for a Hearing Aid Dispenser to join them and deliver a high-quality service to their clients throughout Munster.

As a Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will provide a first-class level of service to clients and ensure they enjoy the full benefit of our client’s hearing aids.
Securing appointments with potential clients, you will conduct hearing tests in-line with recognised industry standards and prescribe the hearing solutions that best meets their requirements.
You will quickly follow up on enquiries, process orders in a timely manner and ensure that refund rates are minimised.
Additionally, you’ll accurately complete case reports, monthly reports and audiograms and provide an exceptional level of ongoing aftercare support and service to exceed client expectations.
As part of your role, you will be required to travel to visit clients.
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- Customer service or client interface experience
- Direct sales experience
- A high level of IT literacy
- A full, valid driving licence
Customer-focused and proactive, as a Hearing Aid Dispenser, you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll also be patient and able to empathise with clients.
