Our Client, an Award-Winning Hotel Group is currently hiring a Group Hotel Sales Manager to join their growing Sales Team to generate new business with a focus on corporate events and conferences for 2 of their hotels in the West of Ireland, this role is based in Dublin. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, very sales driven and customer focused.

The Successful Candidate:
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a 4 or 5* Hotel a DMC or Conference agency
- You have a ‘Hunter’ style nature in sourcing New MICE Business
- You have impeccable customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and organisational skills
- You have a full driving license and your own car
As Group Hotel Sales Manager some of your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Focusing on the National Association an d Institution conference market and residential corporate conference market
- Initiating sales drives, promotions, organising and completing mailshots etc to generate new business
- Managing your own portfolio of new National Association/ Instruction/ Corporate accounts, conference agents and DMC’s
- Meeting potential and existing clients with a strong focus on the Dublin Market
- Building relationships with existing and new customers
- Maximising all sales opportunities and ensure sales leads generated are actioned or referred according to departmental standards.
- Keeping all data updated on the CRM system
