The Successful Candidate:

·         You must have 2-3 years’ experience in an inside sales/customer service role (Healthcare experience would be of benefit)

·         You must have a proven track record in sales

·         You must have a proven record of hitting targets

·         You must have excellent communication skills

·         You must be highly customer focused

·         You must be comfortable in all aspects of an office environment (IT/Admin/Organisational skills)

 As Inside Sales Representative your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Maximise sales while maintaining and exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent customer service

·         Developing the sales process from lead generation to close of sale

·         Introduce new and existing customers to new products

·         Provide quotations and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner

·         Manage client relationships and accounts
