Telesales Executive
The Role
Due to rapid growth and customer service focus, our client are expanding and require experienced Telesales Executives
You will work within an award winning, energetic Telesales team that continues to grow and affords the opportunity for career progression. This position is ideal for candidates who have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast paced and target driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities to Succeed
• Experience in working with sales leads over the phone
• Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers
• Overcoming objections while dealing with customers in a professional manner
• Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly KPI’s to assigned Sales targets and achieve monthly goals
• Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required
Essential Skills & Experience
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office required
• Attention to detail within various systems
• Experience selling in the Utilities sector is an advantage
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
