THE COMPANY: Established for over 40 years, our client is one of Irelands largest distributors of medical equipment and devices. The sell a range of medical equipment and surgical devices into hospitals throughout Ireland and the UK. With a strong turnover and an expanding headcount, this is a very exciting time to join a progressive organisation.
THE ROLE: You will be joining the Surgical division of the business, selling their full range of surgical equipment, such as clamps, scopes, forceps etc into the hospital theatres and CSSD. You will be interacting with a wide range of decision makers, including Nursing Managers, Consultants, Surgeons and Procurement. As this role will be a combination of account management and new business, you must be as comfortable in winning new business as you are building and nurturing long term relationships with clients.
THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with candidates with the following experience:
* Experience selling into the hospital environment is essential
* Consumable sales experience is an advantage but not a necessity, other products including medical devices, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment will be considered
* You must be polished and presentable
* You must be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail
* You must have a strong work ethic and be a very driven individual
THE PACKAGE:
* Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
* OTE: €10,000
* Mobile, Laptop, Pension, 21 days holidays
* Fully expensed company car
