THE COMPANY: Our client, a Top Tier Automotive multibillion-turnover business with an outstanding attrition rate, driving change and growth within a competitive space, is looking to expand the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected brand and organisation, who can boast an impressive history and excellent outlook for the years ahead.
THE ROLE: You will be the sole person on the sales team here in Ireland, selling their full range of coaches and buses across the island of Ireland. Ireland is one of their most profitable regions, so there are many opportunities to sell your products. You will be selling into localised and regional transport companies and tour companies, dealing with company owners and directors. You will inherit a large portfolio of accounts whilst being responsible for identifying new business opportunities throughout Ireland. An extensive training programme awaits the new Area Sales Manager here, along with a lucrative commission scheme.
THE PERSON: To be considered from the role, you will ideally come from a Capital Equipment sales background. Experience selling coaches would be a distinct advantage, however this is not essential as other heavy machinery and equipment sales will be considered. We are looking to speak with candidates who have strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with their clients. If you are looking to for develop a sales career with a large, global market leader then this is the role for you.
THE PACKAGE:
* €40,000 - €50,000 Base Salary
* €15,000+ OTE
