THE COMPANY: With over 20 years of excellence behind them, this indigenous Irish lighting company is now looking to recruit a new Internal Sales Support Executive to join their strong internal team. They have partnered with some of the biggest lighting manufacturers in the world to offer a wide range of products and solutions to their customers.
THE ROLE: This Internal Sales role involves processing customer orders, generating leads, and dealing with inbound enquiries. You will be liaising with current customers to ensure they get the best service possible and supporting the field sales reps to ensure that all orders and enquiries are met.
FOR THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
* Telesales experience
* Experience with CRM systems is essential, ideally SAP
* Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Attention to detail
* Outgoing, result driven personality
* Excellent telephone manner
* Computer skills, Database efficiency
LOCATION: Open to candidates within commutable distance to Dublin.
