As the eCommerce / Digital Manager, you’ll be tasked with taking the Digital Department to the next level, maintaining the growth curve and increasing customer retention.
Specifically, you’ll be managing the overall digital strategy for the company, managing own-brand websites the trade-dedicated website and working closely with the sales and marketing team to help drive online retailers sales too.
You’ll oversee four main websites, as well as Amazon, and will analyse the traffic and produce digital strategies to match the needs of each site and drive sales.
Strong performance from you will take the form of delivering on KPIs for sales and brand growth and living up to company values and delivering on customer promises.
Although initially a stand-alone role, it is envisaged that over time you will develop a Digital Team, and work with the Brand Manager to enhance the brand and online sales. The role operates on a standalone basis and you will be expected to demonstrate leadership capabilities whilst maintaining an autonomous position.
Your role will also involve:
- Managing all aspect of digital operations
- Planning and implementing activity to drive online sales
- Identifying and analysing trends and patterns that can be used to support sales
- Planning and actioning ways to increase traffic
- Reporting on campaign results and providing feedback

- At least three years’ experience in a similar eCommerce role that has involved managing an eCommerce website and managing budgets
- Experience of using Google Analytics
- A clear understanding of paid media, PPC and SEO
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to develop a team in the future
- Digital qualifications
Responsible, driven and ready to apply yourself, as the eCommerce / Digital Manager, you’ll need to be commercially savvy with excellent negotiation skills and a superb customer focus. A team player, you’ll also need to be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and will display excellent communication skills.
