Sales

• Assisting customers in placing orders
• Update customers on dispatch/delivery times
• Update customers on any issue with orders placed
• Update customers on stock levels
• Assisting Sales Representative’s in placing orders
• Sending Quotations to customers
• Liaise with Purchasing when product is out of stock or for special orders

Customer Service

• Taking calls from customers regarding sales & marketing enquiries
• Following up on all customer queries as quickly as possible

General Duties

• Assisting Sales/Marketing function when needed
