As a Sales Development Rep, you will be responsible for:
- Attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Working with Account Executives and passing over qualified leads that can convert to opportunities
- Using multiple lead generation tools such and following up on marketing qualified leads
- Generating outbound calls and emails daily for KPI’s
- Understand, developing and implement strategies to obtain new business in your territory
- Coming from a technical or structured sales environment is a distinct advantage
Ideal profile:
- Less than 1 year of sales experience
- Fluency (oral & written) in a second Language (Mandatory)
- A passion for growing business and working with others
- Excellent communication skills, team player & networker
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Self-motivated, initiative and drive
