Hartley People are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Specialist that can be located in Galway, Wexford or work remotely after an initial training period

The Role: 

• Manage the end to end recruitment and selection process
• Support the HR Management team on the delivery of Talent and Succession planning
• Manage all recruitment administration responsibilities and contribute to various ongoing projects
• Increase brand awareness on social media platforms
• Develop strong relationships on multiple sites

Requirements: 

• 4+ years in a recruitment environment
• Degree Qualified in a HR, Marketing or relevant discipline – Desirable
• Strong numeric and commercial acumen
• The ability to influence key stakeholders

Timelines:

• Week beginning 11/02 start screening potential candidate
• Week beginning 18/02 shortlist candidates to client
• Week beginning 25/02 candidate interviews with client (Potential to change)
