Sales Manager required by a global IT sales company for an exciting IT initiative on Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin. You will manage a team of 15+ multilingual IT Salespeople which will include hiring and coaching, managing sales pipeline and performance management. Salary based on market rate.
Experience / Skills Required
Experience managing 10+ salespeople
Experience working in a fast-paced, sales environment
Ability to drive KPI’s
Ideally worked with or for an IT Vendor
Sales and / or Service Delivery experience.
Experience working with corporate technology accounts.
Must be able to multi-task, learn quickly, and possess strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
IT sales experience and knowledge of the Cloud (Azure, AWS, Cisco etc.) or IT is desirable
University degree required
